Stop MPs pay rising from £67,000 to £75,000

The Issue

It is unfair and unjustifiable that in a time of austerity when the people of the United Kingdom are having to endure years of cuts to public spending that the Independent Parlimentary Standards Authority thinks it is acceptable to recommend that MPs pay rise by 10% from £67,000 to £75,000. David Cameron should use his power to stop this and MPs shoukd do the honorable thing and refuse this pay rise and show they are in touch with the public they serve.
