Abort the decision to give permission for animal testing puppy farm in Hull
The Issue
Usually when I read things online they don't phase me if i'm honest, just keep scrolling down and sooner or later i'll forget about it, eventually. However one specific post caught my attention, it engrossed me, and I found myself delving deeper and deeper into what I can only describe as a cruel, and unnecessary tragedy. This post was about the animal research puppy farm in Hull that has recently been given the full go ahead, in spite of the desperate pleas, and cries of the public. Not only will these incredible, affectionate and curious creatures be subject to what I can only describe as physical and mental torture, but will never know kindness, will never feel the warmth of a bed, will never chase a ball or a stick and will never even feel the soft grass beneath their paws. They will only know the the cold white hands of a scientist without compassion, they will only know fear and pain for their own lives and for the lives of the puppies they will have stripped from them. They will not understand why they are subject to this cruelty, they will not understand where they are or how they got there, they will only understand pain and fear. The question is not, can they speak? It is not, can they object? but can they feel pain. Would the pain that one of these animals feel be any less than the pain you would feel if in the same situation? any animal owner out there will know and understand that they feel pain. Its a fact. Why? why in 2015 are humans still so barbaric and merciless? why do they feel the need to cause such agony and blood shed all for curiosity, for the potential of knowing, what a disgusting waste or life.
Lets make a change! We have the potential to stop this tragedy but we need to combine and we need to fight this together. We need to share this, and petitions alike as we are all fighting for the same cause. To help these animals. If we have the power to make a change then lets make the change now, every signature counts, the choice is yours, lets make a difference.
