Release Philippa Fallowfield from prison. Her only crime is struggling with depression

Philippa Fallowfield is a young lady who lives in Peterborough. She suffers from depression which has led her to act out of character. In turn she has been issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) . She has broken this order and a suspended sentence and has now been sentenced to 24 weeks in prison.
The facts of the case are not disputed.
However the actions of the prosecutors and Judge are grossly flawed and insufficient in understanding of the nature of depressive illness. What Philippa requires is care and attention from the appropriate mental health services not incarceration.
For this reason we are calling for common sense to be observed and for Philippa to be released.
