Protect Animals in our neighbourhood. 

Many residents are deeply concerned about the welfare of animals at property 25 Kingsway, Teignmouth, Devon TQ14 9AG that belongs to Tracy and Pete Smith. The RSPCA have visited the property and have left the animals in place, but as a community, we believe that their condition is unacceptable and that stronger action is needed.

We are calling on the RSPCA to review this situation and to consider enforcement measures, including a ban on keeping animals. 

Every animal deserves proper care and every community  deserves to feel confident that welfare laws are upheld.
