Hundreds and hundreds of horses suffer unnecessary neglect and suffering, despite being asked for help, the RSPCA doesn't respond. This isn't something that has just happened. It has been happening for years. The most recent and most shocking appeal for help, a pony had been set on fire and found tangled up in brambles. A nice member of the horse world has taken her in after the RSPCA quote "The pony's condition isn't ideal, but it isn't suffering" This poor pony has scorch marks on her body, was left tied up in some brambles and extremely scared. Why do the RSPCA think it is acceptable to leave members of the public to do their jobs?
