Kirsten Anderson has already been charged with animal cruelty, BUT, her punishment was not enough - thanks to PICTON court... Rspca has their hands tied as they are not the ones who decide the punishment. Kirsten Anderson has had horse die in her "care". She has an absolutely 'no lack of care' attitude about her animals, who are starving, riddled in fleas, sick or untreated. Kirsten currently has aprox 6 horses + a foal in her 'care'. Only one is healthy and that is a pony she recently got. The others are starving under rugs, even in such hot weather they are rugged to keep the public eye off them. One of the horses had a chunk missing out of its shoulder and puss was oozing down the shoulder of the horse (this horse is currently dead). - Rip �� A colt she also had, had a previously broken hock that went unattended and healed itself in a bad way, yet this woman still said she was "racing him". Kirsten Anderson breeds "pure bred kelpies", sadly these poor parents and pups are usually INFESTED with fleas, worm burdened and get sold unchipped and unvaccinated for prices of $400 dollars. The father of the pups lived on a small chain at the back of the house on a chewed up foam tiny lounge cushion. He was covered in fleas so badly that he had chewed his tail and his back end of him was almost hairless. The puppies had that many fleas on their little 5 week old bodies that you could see the fleas bums sticking out by the dozens on their little faces. This woman needs to be stopped from ever owning an animal again! Her home is unhygienic for her animals and even her child yet she works in 'patient transport' as a job... Local courts, please put your foot down and let the rspca save these poor animals!!!
