Kim Hollingsworth has paddocks full of neglected horses and the RSPCA are failing to act! The horses receive inadequate food and vet treatment, live overcrowded in dirt paddocks and live a miserable existence! Those horses need help! Many of the horses are aged and need special diets, are not kept warm and are not supervised.

This petition will be given to RSPCA officials on July 7th.
