A seal nicknamed Freddie Mercury and very popular with residents along the River Thames was brutally killed by a dog during an attack that lasted up to two minutes ( according to a witness ) The dog in question was clearly out of control and not on a lead is owned by Rebecca Sabben-Clare QC. The Met Police are taking no further action and neither are the RSPCA an organisation supposed to protect and care for animals. Rebecca Sabben-Clare QC must be held to account for this matter and both The Met Police and tne RSPCA need to look at this matter again urgently . There cannot be rules for one and not for others and if some people are seen to get away with such behaviour what example does this set.
