There has been a mass increase of animal thefts,  killings, neglect and abuse. Something needs to be done to prevent thefts happening. 

There needs to be more done to help find these animals. We do what we are told and give our pets a chip which does no good as the only people trying to find them is people social media. 

An animal is not just an animal its part of someone's family and to me that is murder! If a person can be arrested for murder why does a person who steals and kills a pet be arrested for murder? It needs to change 

There needs to be harsher punishment for the ones who take animals. There needs to be harsher punishment for the ones who abuse and kill animals. Even a ban on keeping animals does not stop them.
