Becky Louise Francis was filmed beating her terrified and cowering lurcher as she walked the streets. The video is heart breaking to see and is now going viral. This girl openly admits doing it on a separate post and basically boasts that the RSPCA are letting her off with the heinous crime. You can clearly tell by the way the poor dog cowers before she's hit him/her that it's a regular occurrence. She uses the excuse that the dog chased a cat so she beat the dog. With video evidence of her vulgar actions towards this animal.. She should be prosecuted and not be able to EVER own animals again. This badly beaten dog needs taking to safety and a chance of a better life with a decent human... Not a monster. Please sign and share
