There is barbed wire all over the country and it is a danger to wildlife, cyclists, walkers and ramblers  who can easily trip or fall off their bike on a path and be injured by the spikes on the wire.

Deer and other wild animals not to mention humans in their thousands must be injured every year by this dangerous fencing.

How can it be acceptable to line a public footpath or field with barbed wire? many, many wild animals must be injured or killed by this menace of the countyside.
