Mittens, a rescue cat, was decapitated by his owner and his friends approximately 2 weeks ago (early September).  This was not a spur of the moment act as his owner actually sharpened his axe before it took place.  Afterward his poor little body was tossed in a nearby body of water.

The person who committed this heinous act is known to many in their small community yet charges have not been laid!

Please join me in insisting that the Police take action in this matter.
