The Issue
- I was found guilty for double homicide of a crime that I didn't commit. The witness statements didn't collaborate, over 15 people including two of the victims family members admitted it was was not me that committed the crime. The bullets and shot shells that were found at the scene didn't match, one of the witness admitted on the stand that he was promised by an detective the he would get his pending drug charges dropped if he lied and said he saw me comit the crime, a suspects gun was brought to my trial for demistrative purposes, the same lawyer that represented me was representing the suspect in another case that happen a day after the murders with one of the state's witness, the victims two cousins that was with the victim at the time of the murders were not called to the stand even though they wrote statements stating that I wasn't the shooter, one of the juryers admits to my private investigator that he only found me guilty cause he was tired and ready to go home. He stated that he felt like my trial lawyer was out to get me.
