Duke energy increased their rates 17% which put western Carolina family's ( and other consumers outside of NC) elderly's in a tough spot. Now they want to increase it AGAIN and people will eventually be without power.Yes there is programs but it will be no use if EVERYONE needs help. What do you think will happen when everyone cant pay?It is not our problem they made a mistake! We shouldnt go broke to pay for a factory.Our goal is deny this request and lower the rate.
