The Ballarat Head of the Lake was cancelled due to high winds on Sunday.   A decision has been made to allow students to row on Wednesday morning, however no students are allowed to watch or cheer on their school .  This makes a mockery of the efforts students,  coaches and parents have put in.  The sport needs to have spectators to create atmosphere and motivation for this and future generations of rowers.
