Recently Rowan Greek Life has been devastated by the news that the head of Greek affairs, Gary Baker, will be laid off in August of 2021. Not only will this be leaving Gary Baker out of a job, but it will also be terminating the position that Rowan Greek Life depends on every day. Mr. Baker has done so much throughout the years providing an excessive amount of hours to ensure that all organizations are up to date, chapters in good standing, participating with various events on campus, sorority recruitment, communicating with each organizations headquarters, and plenty more. Hes been a major advocate for Greek life and his position benefits so many students. He keeps us all safe, comfortable, and allows our voices to be heard. Without Gary the future of Greek life is unsure. Losing Mr. Baker would be a tremendous loss to not only to Rowan Greek life but the University's community as a whole.
