According to the locals of Salisbury, NC., The Rowan county animal shelter is widely known as a death sentence for many animals who are unfortunate enough to enter their doors. Rowan County Animal Shelter has allowed their resident animals to be abused, but locals say that isn't even the worst of it.

We will not stand for your abuse and torture of helpless creatures, and we ask that this petition allows officials to conduct a thorough investigation of the facility to ensure that animals are in fact being cared for and properly handled by the employees. Please join us in repeatedly contacting The Humane Society of The United States. One voice may go unnoticed, but if we all stand together, our voices will not be ignored and we can put an end to the abuse of the victims at Rowan County Animal Shelter, and eventually around the world!
