Enforce The Age Policy At Round 1 Louisville!

Enforce The Age Policy At Round 1 Louisville!
The Issue
Round One Entertainment is a bowling and amusement arcade that opened in Louisville, KY in late 2018. Round 1 was a godsend for many Louisville citizens who had been longing for a new arcade in the metropolitan area. There are great Japanese-imported cabinets and crane machines, low prices, food, alcohol, karaoke rooms, a bowling alley, and a wide variety of other fun things to do.
Unfortunately, the age policies are not being enforced.
The House Rules on the official Round 1 website clearly state in big red letters, "Guests under21[sic] require a guardian 25 or older with them at all times. (up to 4 individuals per guardian)." This rule is not being followed at the Louisville location.
Multiple times during the past two months, there have been fights and even larger brawls breaking out during the weekend nights at Round 1 Louisville. The culprits have all been teenagers, who are promptly thrown out when the police arrive. Round 1 has started enforcing an 18+ policy (via ID) at 10pm and a 21+ policy (via ID) at 12am. However, this has just led to the brawls beginning earlier.
Not only does this behaviour pose a danger to the patrons (especially if the violence increases from palms and fists to weapons like brass knuckles, knives, and firearms), but it also poses a danger to the attractions themselves. Many of Louisville's older arcades were shut down due to damaged machines that were broken due to childish behaviour and lack of attention. Why should time repeat itself?
If this behaviour continues, it is also a grounds for Jefferson Mall management to decline renewing Round 1's lease, leading to it being shut down in Louisville.
We, the signers of this petition, are begging Round 1 Louisville's staff to enforce the age policy that the owners of the Round 1 company have clearly put in place for a reason. At 10pm, when the children are all shooed away, the arcade is still packed with patrons who are smiling and having fun, rather than throwing their hands.
As a minimum, we propose a similar policy to Mall St. Matthew's mall-wide age policy: on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, minors under 18-years-old can only enter the mall with a guardian 25-years-old or older starting at 4pm, and a valid ID is required upon entry. This change alone will help to prevent the dangerous juvenile behaviour beginning to plague our new arcade. A bouncer stationed at the door at 4pm (just like there is at 10pm) can enforce this.
However, we implore Round 1 Louisville to follow the official policy outlined on Round 1's company-wide website and implement the official age policy before this troubling behaviour negatively impacts the entire arcade. Thank you for your time!
