All energy companies charge around 3-4pence per klw rotherham council are charging residents 8.7 pence for our district heating  our 4 weekly costs are around £117 to £300or more  via the paygo meters on swintons fitzwilliam housing estate we cannot change providers or remove these meters families are been pushed into poverty the houses are in poor condition with damp mould etc rotherham council are not safeguarding our elderly our disabled or our children its time rmbc stopped the high charges and bring them inline with other energy providers and living standard will improve  plus remove these paygo machines and put heating in with the rent like everyone else in rotherham filtzwilliam estate or give us all our own boilers off the district heating system
