Children walking from Aston Fence Junior & Infant School and other local Aston Schools are risking their lives crossing the busy road during peak times of the day to go to school or return home. As zero fare bus passes are no longer allocated, it is deemed safe for them to walk. There are no forms of assistance at this point to help them safely navigate their way across on their journey to Orgreave or Woodhouse Mill.

The B6200 road is very busy throughout the day with traffic to and from the A57 and the M1 Junction 31.  Please help the local community make this safe for the children and others in the community using this route for walking every day before there is a fatality.
