Repeal public notice DA 18-980
The Issue
The FCC has put into place Public Notice DA 18-980. This effectively makes a vast majority of amateur radios illegal to use by amateur radio operators. Any radio that can transmit outside of the amateur radio spectrum, and is not Part 90 accepted, is illegal to operate. Lets change this!
