Please help shut down Dade City’s Wild Things!

Over the past years, there have been multiple reports of animal mistreatment at Dade City's Wild Things (links below) and lawsuits against the Zoo and its owners.

More recently, visitors have reported the facility to offer swimming attractions with Sloths in a chlorinated swimming pool. Sloths are not aquatic attractions and this is animal cruelty. It seems that the same "attraction" is being offered with tigers, otters, and possibly other animals.

There are countless reviews online reporting the terrible living conditions of animals at Dade City's Wild Things, many mentioning tiny enclosures and describing animals in distress. Surprisingly, after all these events, this place still operates and continues its cruel treatment of animals.

This type of animal abuse and exploitation is simply unacceptable. There are no words to describe the suffering the animals at DC Wild Things are going through.

Florida is one of the most bio-diverse state of the United States and home to many animal species, and as such we should promote the well being of animals in our state and reprimand any type of animal cruelty or exploitation.*

Please help shut down DC Wild Things, too many animals have suffered.
