It’s time to recall and remove State Rep. Spencer Roach for incompetence. We cannot wait for the next election.

In our opinion, by filing legislation to cap THC in Florida, Representative Roach is attempting to substitute his personal political desires, for the expertise of medical professionals, by depriving patients access to treatments they deem to be effective. Representative Roach is not a medical professional.

Drug cartels are the only entities who will benefit from a THC cap, in our opinion, as patients will be forced to turn to the streets to seek more effective treatments if the legislation passes. Many on social media have already expressed their commitment to doing so.

Florida has spoken, and the will of the people is clear. The people of Florida want access to medical marijuana. If given the opportunity, the people of Florida would almost undoubtedly vote to legalize marijuana recreationally. Clearly, Representative Roach is completely out of touch with the will of Floridians, which only further proves to us, that he is too incompetent to function as a public servant. Public servants are supposed to serve the people, not oppress them.

It’s time to send a strong message to Tallahassee. If you come for our medicine, or our liberties, we will come for your jobs. We the people need to set a strong example, so that no others are tempted to follow in the footsteps of Representative Roach.

It’s time to squash Representative Roach’s political career like a bug and cap his his time in office, like he is attempting to cap our THC.
