On July 17th 2021. My family & I witnessed an attempted kidnapping at Zephyrhills park in Pasco county FL. We chased the woman down and prevented her from taking the little boy. The mother was inches away !!! She then went to the other side and attempted it AGAIN. This is not the first incident at this park. I am a mother. I witnessed first hand yesterday how quickly and easy it would have been for that little innocent boy to be taken from his family. Being that this is NOT the first time this has happened. Why not do something to ensure our kids safety. I'm a parent as other in the community and what happened yesterday was TERRIFYING. Granted the boy is safe but that's not the point. It could have been way worse. Imagine the trauma his family as well as himself are going to face. Please help us get some cameras up or a patrol officer at the park.
