We the people of the State of Florida are asking out Local State Representatives and our Governor Ron DeSantis to Please help the renters of this state with capping the rents and forming some kind of rent control per the area and condition of the housing. Rent and cost of living have constantly risen in this state yet wages still remain the same with a lot of our residents making around minimum wage which can not afford to even cover rent these days. We are asking also as the States Minimum Wage does go up to please Cap Rents so Landlords and Owners can not raise the rents. 

We are asking also for a form of Rent Control to be put in place so that the local governments can set a maximum cost of rent per the condition and location of these rentals.

We are asking also for the local government to help change the policies in places for developers to stop building high end condos in areas where the local people can NOT AFFORD to live and to build more affordable housing. Possible a for every one High End they build they need to build One Affordable in the same area.

Please Governor DeSantis , Please help the people of this state whom elected you our Governor.
