The people of the State of Florida are being denied the right and ability to ensure lawmakers and elected officials represent the interests of their constituents. Furthermore, once in office, there is no way to ensure the accountability, or hold accountable those who are currently in violation of (1) the constitution, (2) County and/or State laws, or commtting acts of, or guilty of (3) negligence of duty, (4) dereliction of duty, (5) Gross misconduct. 

It is time for requirement of the State of Florida to give the citizens thereof the power to remove from office those elected officials who fail to perform the duties of their posts (1)efficiently, (2)without malice, (3)without violation of law, be it (a)civil, (b)local, (c)State or (d)Federal, and without (4)gross negligence or (5)incompetence.

Those elected officials whom fail their constituents, who are found in (1)contempt of their duties to their constituents, or (2)derelict of their responsibilities, (3)guilty of treason or acts of sedition, (4)conspiring and/or committing violations against the Bill of Rights, (5)initiating, (6)voting in favor of, or creating laws that affect their constituents and are not equally effecting themselves MUST be given punitive damages including; (1) immediate removal from office. (2) investigation of any and all possible criminal acts. (3) criminal prosecution. (4) permanent ban from ever holding elected position within the State of Florida.

Above all, the ability to RECALL any (local, State or Federal.)politically appointed official within the State of Florida (at any time or point in their appointment.)must be given to the people to ensure the protection, safety and future of Florida and our God given rights.
