We the people are demanding that the American and British that are publicly traded corporations involved with the 9MMRO aircraft (the registration ID number of MH370) come forward to pro-actively assist with the independent, thorough and honest investigation to find the truth regarding the missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370.  Not only are the lives of 12 crewmembers and 227 passengers at stake, but also the safety of over 3 billion airline passengers each year is in question. 

     The only possible reason that a Boeing 777 containing Rolls Royce engines and General Electric communications equipment all tracked using Black bridge and Inmarsat satellite technology could have vanished on 03/08/2014 is due to criminal activity, including but not limited to an intentional capture of the plane and subsequent cover up by the investigating country, Malaysia.  These corporations, therefore, have an obligation to their shareholders and the citizens of the countries in which they operate, to take active steps to unveil the truth of this situation.

      We demand, therefore, that these six companies each take pro-active steps to gain authorization to be released from any confidentiality obligations to either Malaysian Airlines or the Malaysian Government that are preventing them from full disclosure of ALL associated data or relevant information that is by audio, audio transcription, imagery, technical specification or capability related to the operational capabilities, actual operations history or tracking of 9MMRO over the duration of the aircrafts existence, up until it vanished. This demand includes all resources that were “classified or being withheld” to be released for independent investigation that will discover the truth.

 We started this petition to let the world know that we must stand up for our own rights and safety, and demand an independent investigation to discover the truth regarding Flight MH370. Together our voices can make a difference.
