The Rollins Dance Team has been a program struggling to gain traction at Rollins College for the past 5 years. The mission of the Rollins Dance Team is to represent Rollins at campus and community events while building school spirit through the art of dance. This organization has created a team that is dedicated to dance technique, Rollins College and the Winter Park and Orlando community.

This year has been by far the most successful year of the team. We have 12 strong women who have raised all the resources necessary to represent Rollins in a positive light. Rollins College has received countless forms of exposure through our performances within the community and on campus. We have performed at events like Rollins basketball games, an Orlando Solar Bears Hockey Game, an Orlando Magic Basketball Game, and the Winter Park Christmas Parade just to name a few. 

In effort to sustain and scale this program our successes have been shared with key stakeholders at Rollins including the President and the Athletic Director. When it comes to funding and recognition Rollins has left us feeling ignored and unappreciated.
