Panera announced its "biggest menu transformation in brand history" on April 4, 2024 to supposedly refocus on "guest favorite soups, salads, sandwiches and mac & cheese" -- adding 20 items in a seeming shift from healthy-seeming options to greasier ones -- but eliminating dozens of fan favorites listed below.
