Jetta the dog was a 2 year old Labrador Retriever who had recently given birth to 9 puppies.She was bound by bailing wire and dragged by a truck until she died last weekend in Rogers County, Oklahoma. A man came forward and ADMITTED he killed Jetta. (http://www.kjrh.com/dpp/news/local_news/reward-money-to-be-refunded-in-rogers-county-dog-death-investigation). However, the Rogers County Sheriff's Department has declined to arrest this man, and said it is up to the district attorney's office to decide to prosecute him. The sheriff's department has clearly dropped the ball, so let's make sure the District Attorney's office does not do the same!  Animal cruelty should not be tolerated and an act this heinous cannot be ignored.
