NFL team signing Colin Kaepernick, taking him off being blacklisted  and giving him all the back pay that’s  owed to him would show that the league is serious about doing its part to improve issues of racial inequality. It’s not about making an example out of one team member it’s about doing what’s right in a world that have been treating blacks, colors , and different races unfair.
