Project 1999: Red was the greatest Everquest experience on launch, 600 players all battling it out on the newbie roads of Greater Faydark, in the hovels in Misty Thicket, and between the trees of Toxxulia forest. PvP was at its finest, I believe (like many others) the population dwindles due to the huge gear disparity as well as a lack of a strong community within Red99. A wipe would remedy this, players would come back to red in droves and players on red now even would like to see a wipe for a refreshing experience with new players would come to red.
