INJUSTICE!!!! By EVERYONE involved including the jurors (the ones whom were awake & the ones whom I caught & informed people of that were sleeping & seen speaking with parties of the case and each other about things you shouldn't have) in my opinion each is guilty of this HORRIFIC INJUSTICE/MURDER/LOSS OF LIFE!!!!!

An invasion of the right to exclude is called a trespass. A trespass is an intentional, wrongful entry onto another person's land, without the owner's permission and without legal privilege to do so.
I guess that you can drive an hour or more to someone's home because your wife is a crazy whore and it had and I quote "Built up and I just had to see for myself" send a picture of the exit sign to your wife, show up on private property with a no trespassing sign posted at the end of the drive on the left as it had been for MANY OF YEARS, argue with your wife on your way to beat on the door, kick a poor defenseless dog on your way off the porch (and fall onto to porch cause you missed a step), the home owner comes out to protect his dog and his property, ends up off the porch due to a "sweep maneuver" you use, starts back around the big porch to come back up and gets shot not once but TWICE & the 2nd was in the BACK & due to the fact that he isn't here to defend himself and speak up on the events, you get to claim self defense and go home while a DAMN GOOD PERSON lost his life, children lost their DAD, a mother lost her SON, nieces and nephews lost their UNCLE, brothers lost their BROTHER, cousins lost a COUSIN, friends lost their FRIEND & neighbors lost their NEIGHBOR & now they all wonder if they are safe!!! I mean in what mind does ANY of this make ANY SENSE AT ALL?!
Ladies and Gentlemen, if I were you, I'd put up my PRIVATE PROPERTY NO TRESPASSING signs take a picture of them and file them with an attorney and in court TODAY, as well as, add a camera system and give notice to EVERYONE IN THE WHOLE WORLD that they are NOT allowed on your property, your sanctity of a peaceful environment, your kingdom, because if not...... then just ANYONE can show up, shoot you & get away with it!!!!!

This is the life that was stolen!!!!

I want to start out by saying that I wish you knew what real true PERFECT genuinely unconditional love was, but because you are not a parent and selfish, you don't know. It is a love that surpasses all others, everything and time. You would do anything and everything that you can to make and keep your child happy, feeling loved and cared for, protected and safe. It is a love that Kenny and I had for the kids and that his mom has for him! You stole that from our kids, you took their Dad. You robbed our Babygirl of her hero, her best friend, her protector. You stole the rest of their childhood and threw them right into a cruel unloving world. When Kenny and I first got together my boys were 3, 1 and 6 months old. They had a sperm donor, but Kenny was their Dad, you wouldn't even have to ask him and when people would see us out he would call them his, he would say "their last names doesn't matter they're my boys." And for the next 16 years and 7 months following that's exactly what he was their Dad, until you robbed them of him. When our oldest boy went on his first "date" Kenny started getting excited and talking about how he couldn't wait until the kids got older to have kids of their own. He was looking forward to being a Papaw, to spoiling his grandkids, he loved all babies, it was as if they would just gravitate to him whether they knew him or not, that's the kind of sweet loving soul and personality he had. Now the time is here where one of the boys is expecting to be a Dad and they don't have "their Dad, the man who raised them" here to help them through the process and to spoil his grandbaby like he always dreamed of doing. Our little girl came along in December of 2002 and she had him wrapped worst than little girls usually have their Daddys wrapped. That man would drive 2 hours to work, work 12 hour days and drive back 2 hours just be home to tuck her in at night. He was supposed to take the boys out when they turned 21, that's what Dads do, take them out show them how to have fun being old enough to drink without getting into trouble, they already had it all planned out, you stole that from them. Our Babygirl was just a few months in to being 14 when you destroyed her world. She had to go through 8th grade volleyball night hearing them calling her parents as and I quote "She is the daughter of Heather Ison and the late Kenny Fulton" needless to say she was in tears. She had to start high school without her best friend, go to her 1st formal without him (she chose to get ready at his house because it's as close as she could get to him), she had to learn to drive without him. I have listened to her cry over nightmares that you have caused being afraid that you were coming after her and nightmares of how she lost her Daddy. I have listened to her cry over how he won't be there when she graduates high school and goes to college and graduates from college and starts her career. I have listened to her cry as she has said "Mommy when I see my future I see kids but no husband because Daddy isn't here to walk me down the aisle." You have took some of the most precious times away from my kids and it's a pain that I can't heal or fix and as a Mother who loves her children more than life itself I hate you for that (even though I love God and know that hating is against Him). I have watched, listened and seen the pain that you have caused his Mom, his brothers, his nieces and nephews, his friends, myself and most importantly the 3 boys that he claimed as his own and our Babygirl due to this pain we have endured and the pain and tears that come with each passing day that he isn't here I do not believe even as a God loving and fearing person that even the fires of Hell is a good enough punishment for you!

Written in the Mountains of Tennessee a place you loved and would turn into "Kenny bobbin doll" when we got close lol. I miss having you here all together and for everyone and every reason that you should be, but most importantly for our kids who thought you hung the sun, the moon and all the stars!
