Why only in pc?

What I propose is, for example. When you start a private game, choose the game mode you want to play. For example, Roleplay or Free mode.

If they added this, the GTA V would probably come back to fame again, and if they already put it in next GTA VI, it would be great and sell a lot more and the community would be much happier, if they do not add it, the console community will follow the same, and there will continue to be more protests.
