The Grand Theft Auto Online Ban System Needs to be Revised

The Grand Theft Auto Online Ban System Needs to be Revised
The Issue
Four days ago, I joined a lobby in Grand Theft Auto Online. This lobby seemed normal at first until a modder dropped 4 million dollars worth of money bags on my head. I then proceeded to leave the lobby, afraid that I would get in trouble for this act that I did not commit.
Then last night, I tried to hop into GTAO and my game crashed. I then got an email from Rockstar stating that I have been banned for thirty days and my account had been RESET. This all happened because of something that was not my fault.
So I was banned for thirty days, whatever. But the part that really got me was my character being reset to day one. I was a level 379, I owned a Yacht, Five properties, a Motorcycle Club, Two businesses, 30+ vehicles, etc... I had spent over 1700 hours on this character starting on day one of GTAO in 2013. [I mean, they could have atleast reset to the day I received the money.]
Something that really amazed me was the lack of ways to contact Rockstar about this issue (And trust me I tried every method). I contacted them directly through their support tickets and I simply got an automated response saying all decisions are final (What if the person was 100% falsely accused?!)
Rockstar has been my favorite video game developer ever since I was just a child when Grand Theft Auto III came out. I've tried time and time again to defend Rockstar from a lot of the screw ups they have made, but this has opened my eyes to something horrific and I don't know if I can continue to support a company like this. People are getting falsely banned each and every single day, potentially perma banned, or even getting their profile reset for something that didn't happen or that was out of their control.
In conclusion, I am not only writing this as a cry of help to get my ban and reset repealed, but to inform Rockstar and the Grand Theft Auto communtiy that a change needs to be made. Loyal players of Grand Theft Auto Online are getting falsely reset and/or banned every single day and can do nothing to justify this unjustified act.
