remove your pc eula to allow mods
The Issue
As some of us may have noticed, recently Rockstar modified their EULA (End User License Agreement) to ban mods entirely from the PC Version of Grand Theft Auto V. I completely understand the reasoning of why Rockstar wishes to remove mods for Online, but to remove them from single player is just absolutely unfair. Single player does not affect online, and removing modding from single player is almost as if someone walked in your house, and said you couldn't paint your walls a certain color, and if you did, they would lock you out of your own home.

"This is wrong. Banning people for mods is wrong. Not allowing mods? It's pretty stupid, especially for such a big company. Mods are what really make games great. They sell more copies for developers, so they make more money. To now allow them is really just bad business. People will still find a way to mod a game. Anyway, it's no longer the property of the developer after the buyer buys the game. Well, sort of. The buyer can mod the crap out of the game, the dev shouldn't be able to stop them. In online, cheats are forbidden, but graphical mods like FOV sliders? NO. And anything goes for SP, it doesn't affect anyone else".
