I think I can speak for a lot of gta online players who aren't satisfied with there characters look that there needs to be a plastic surgery feature in online I mean if you think about it this could work easily I mean los santos is based off of los Angeles and beverly hills plastic surgery do you see the connection? Here's how i see it either put a plastic surgery spot in the game or put it as a feature like where you can edit your characters name R this can be easily done
