modding has always been an essential part for the gta series according to me the games are already truly amazing but modding makes them a very unique experience the new rage engine provides an insane amount of flexibility to what it can become

modding too me is a very important part of the gta series

reason i am making this petition is to show rockstar games that we do love modding it is very likely that rockstar games won't block out modding but this petition might help this even more

modding can provide endless of entertainment to an already amazing game

an example of how this could work

the game detects modifed files and starts in offline mode (no achivements no blocks)

for multiplayer same thing the game detects modded files and allows you to only join modded servers online

we all know that they cannot and will not provide official help and support for modding but they don't have to stop it from happening either
