Hello, my name is Brendan Rader my (GT for PC is:TheZestySquid) and I got permanently banned by the banning system that was implemented into GTA Online. I was in a lobby with friends and there was a hacker, spawning ufo's, water barrels and other malarious objects on us along with killing us. We then asked him/her to stop, and they didn't so like many other innocent players we left the game. My friends and I then processed to start up an invite only session where we played till people started to get off. Well as you may think "that's the end of the story right?"
Well, you thought wrong, the day after this occurrence I started GTA 5 online up after getting home from school. I then proceeded to watch as my character was put into online, but to my utter surprise a message came up say that I was permanently banned from GTA Online! Please help me overturn this ban and restore online privileges to my account. 

Now, you may think I am only doing this for me then you thought terribly Wrong, It seems to me the more and more posts I read about cheating and banning in GTA online is not about the hackers getting banned or a rightful punishment they receive, but the banning of the incident and not guilty. Put plain  and simple I am tired of Rockstars overpowered banning system and then them (Rockstar and their support team) not giving a fly hell about helping the innocent players and wrongly accused.  Now I will be honest and say that I was once in that hacking crowd, But I have learned my lesson. And on top of this, the past 2 bans of mine were wrongly accused. In the last ban given to me, I was stuck in a hackers car during the heist setup mission "wet work" for the prison break heist. The hacker then processed in the last step if the setup mission (to drive to the hotel) but instead teleported us to the waypoint, I was in the passenger seat then,just about halfway there my screen started to flash and I hear the sound you get when your player disconnects from GTA online. And a message popped up saying I was banned from online,
