A person can be placed into bad sport lobbies for defending themselves against other players. This is because they blow up cars. Then if a person is getting spawned killed by another player in his personal car he/she cannot destroy the other players car because fear of bad sport status. People are abusing the vote kick player. I have personal been voted out of server and never left my apartment. This system is being abused. People kill players in passive mode do not even get any warnings and are free to keep killing a player that has placed themselves into passive mode. Then on top of that passive mode doesen't even work inside a vehicle. Thus, the person must defend themselves by any means necassary. Also the ability to play with friends is a key feature people play this game. People who are listed as bad sports should be able to at least play with friends in private lobbies. This seems kind of ridiculous that people bought the game and actually do what the game is made for then get banned. After all that they cannot even play with friends in private lobbies. This game and the bad sport mode needs obvious tweaking to make it more effective. Also, passive mode a player should not be able to die at all. Please fix these issues with the game!
