Rockstar Games have always based their game on the way the want it. Not the way the user wants it. Every time a glitch is discovered for the emblem editor, it is patched. But why? They say it is because the emblems created are offensive, but they can make a game based completely on offending others?

We plan to change this. We want Rockstar Games to allow custom emblems in GTA 5 Online and on the Social Clubs. If we are able to do this, it will mean huge changes in the way we are able to advertise our crews in game.

Here is how it would work
A user (crew owner) would upload a png or jpg image to the social club editor and be allowed to set it as a crew emblem. If another user is offended by the emblem or thinks it violates Rockstar standards, they can report it and it can be reviewed. Just like every other service out there.
