The oppressor MK2 is the most overpowered & most annoying thing in gta online, this bike is small, agile, fast, has missiles that are close to top tier missiles, has countermeasures and could be requested to you at any time.

My first change would be the missiles, I would make it where the oppressor MK2 could only shoot 1 missile and then it would need a 3 second cooldown time, plus I would make the missile tracking similar to the buzzard missiles. 

My 2nd change is to make every homing missile have a better tracking on the MK2. For example, if the lazer shoot a homing missile at it, the missile would have tracking like stromberg, but against anything else, it would have its normal tracking. I also think the normal oppressor and deluxo should have the same missiles like I said about the MK2.
