Lately there has been a spate of  rock throwing as well as the tragedy of dog baiting in the Yangebup area. One resident lost her dog and another had huge vet bills.
We also are concerned about the threatened action of vigilante groups in retaliation for these crimes. Currently there are citizens on scooters hunting these rock throwers . We do not condone vigilante action, but call on the Minister to act upon these matters. Currently police cannot take action against the perpetrators due to the Youth offenders act. 
If no action is taken, it is inevitable that death of a person/s will result in an accident should rock throwing continue. We do not want the tragic death of a human for law authorities to take notice.
