The Issue
Overview
I will start off that yes, my friend did buy some robux from a third-party website, however that didn't primarily contribute to most of their RAP, as they've played since 2012. My friend has been scammed ~$3k roughly translating to over R$200k RAP because of a con artist that tricked them into getting into their account with a simple yet clever tactic. The con artist stated that their account was compromised, and that they'd threaten to report to Roblox CS Team to terminate their account. Here's proof:

They don't have any proof of the discord conversation because after the scam had been complete, the culprit deleted all of their messages. Anyways, they managed to get into my friends account and steal all of their items. Judging by the person's join date, they have been doing this for a long time and have not been stopped. However, this time, they've gotten a huge reward. 800k in rap, to be specific. Roblox won't do a single thing about it. You want to know why? Because their policies state they can only refund once. Oh, and by the way, let me show you everything my friend lost.

This is all the scammer left my friend in the dust with. Why they didn't take everything? I don't know, but likely to make sure it doesn't look too suspicious. Whoever the person is, they obviously don't want to be caught.
What has Roblox done?
The scamming accounts have been banned, but Roblox hasn't even decided on a partial refund as consequence of buying from a third-party site. Even then, that'd be acceptable. I believe that multiple refunds should be allowed, to a maximum of 3. At least, that way, the player would learn from their mistakes. Only one refund wouldn't be enough, though. Please sign this petition so that my friend may get at least a portion of the RAP they lost - and maybe with enough support - get the attention of Roblox.
