Robinsons Magnolia is a pet friendly mall but their Residences is not. A lot of people are confused by this policy.

Robinsons told us before selling us their condo that it is allowed to have a small dog and after we moved in all of a sudden we are not allowed to enter our unit because of the dog. This is just heartbreaking. I refuse to place my dog on adoption because of this fact. My dog is like my baby. 

Then the admin told us that we are the 4th to complain about this matter but still they are not changing this policy. 

Magnolia Residents should have a petition for a pet friendly neighborhood. Coming home to them removes our worries and they lighten up every dark room. They are part of our family and they are not allowed inside our home.
