My daughter Tonie N. Lopez was murdered by her husband on 12/27/17. She had met this man on the internet and less then a year he took her life. He was on probation in another state for chocking another young lady out but would always got out. He always got out of any DOMESTIC VIOLENCE situations with a low bail and a misdemeanor. My goal is to make a law in honor of my daughter’s name and working on making domestic violence and felony not a misdemeanor.
