Prosecute Officer Darren Wilson, who unlawfully shot and killed 18-year-old Michael Brown. On Saturday 8/9/14, 18-year-old Michael Brown was killed by Officer Darren Wilson in Ferguson, Mo., a suburb of St. Louis. The shooting occurred around noon Saturday at the Canfield Green Apartment complex. Michael Brown was unarmed and retreating from the officer when he was shot multiple times and killed. Brown presented no threat to Officer Darren Wilson or any other life, and use of deadly force was not immediately necessary to effect the suspects arrest. Officer Darren Wilson not only took the life of a presumably innocent man, he endangered the lives of others by discharging his weapon multiple times in a highly populated area. We feel this shooting was unlawful under RSMO Chapter 563 Section 563.046
