The person Randy Skaggs is running what he calls the Trixie   Foundation and taking funds and animals that are living in deplorable conditons.No vet care dead dogs  lying on the floor. All dogs  laying  on boards.Dogs bleeding and itching so bad they are bleeding.Photos to prove all this.Sick dogs .Dogs with mange cuts on their heads.He needs to be shut down  and locked up for cruelty.No animal should have to live  like this,He has been turned  in several times and nothing is being done.Wooden buildings with no protection from the weather cold or hot sun.The areas is filthy . Dogs eating off the floor what ever they can find.This is  in Kentucky.. i cannot sit and do nothing I am an animal lover and I will not sit  back and let the poor animals suffer..He places ads  on Craigs list to hire people in Kentucky and tells on there they can sign up for food stamps.Then he abuses the people he hires makes them live in deplorable conditions with no in door plumbing water and not allowed to bathe.Then he tries to blame the person he hires and says its their fault they don't do their job. To get this place shut down and those animals out of deplorable  conditions would make me happy knowing the animals are no longer  suffering, are getting vet care.
