Colorado Parks and Wildlife have shown a incompetent level of operation in regards to the licensing and draw system of our state. The new licensing system was to alleviate many of these issues. However, even more problems arose this year with many tags not being sent to customers (when paid for) and problems of frequent crashing and lock outs on the day of sales and left over tags, as well as some hunters receiving 3 of the same tag. Hunters continue to take off time from work and their families to show up on location at license dealers, call in and attempt to buy tags online. Yet every year these system fail and peoples time and money is wasted due to the CPW's inability to prepare. The new systems launched proved that problems continue to plague the CPW and have not been addressed. WE are requesting a revision of the licensing system or the way left over tags are offered by the CPW. An overhaul of the management maybe required as this is a continued performance failure to the state of Colorado and the hunters who recreate and support our wild life and wild places.
