Gulf Adventure Center/Hummingbird Ziplines is RELOCATING

Good evening, I am sorry that it has taken so long to provide an update on our status. Communications with DCNR and AL State Parks failed to produce a favorable outcome and they have continued to refuse to discuss Hummingbird Ziplines remaining in it's current location or any other location within Gulf State Park. When it became apparent that our relationship with DCNR and AL State Parks was severed, we entered into negotiations with The Wharf to relocate Hummingbird Ziplines. We are pleased to inform you that we have reached an agreement. The management team at The Wharf has been wonderful to work with and we look forward to the future. In the spring of 2017, the Hummingbird will fly again......BIGGER and BETTER than ever. We are very excited to start our new adventure and hope that you will visit us at our new home. We are extremely grateful for all of your support. Although our petition did not produce the results we anticipated, your support was the motivational fuel that allowed us THIS positive outcome. I will update you all again when our plans are complete and we are able to reveal details for the new course and expansions to the business. Christy
